How to verify an identity document?

Follow the tutorial below to verify an identity document.

Step 1: Log in to the application¶

After your purchase, you received an email containing your login credentials for the web application. Use this information to sign in.

Step 2: “Identity” menu¶

Once logged in to the application, click on the fingerprint icon to access the “Identity” menu:

Then click on “Verify a document” in the left-hand menu:

Step 3: Upload the document¶

Follow the steps below:

• Upload the identity document

• Select the document origin (photo, screenshot / sent via messaging app, scan, etc.)

• Submit the information for analysis
